Sheila Lowe
Sheila Lowe began her studies in handwriting in 1967. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a Certified Forensic Document Examiner. Sheila was president of the American Handwriting Analysis Foundation for 10 years and has been on the board of directors of SAFE as Ethics Chair since 2014. She is the co-author of the SAFE Standards and has taught Introduction to Handwriting Authentication at UC Riverside in the Crime Scene Investigation program for credit.
